I wouldn't say that. Remember, faceplates were used by Romanian and Greece officers in the ancient world, too. Also the lightsabre could possibly be borrowed from medieval swords. About the helmet I would agree, I don't think there were much other civilizations with this type of helmets.

@arcand88 Im a British person and i totally forgive the German people. My granddad was put in the worst part of the war - seeing his mates blown to pieces and he was even shot him self. That sent him loopy but the fact is he survived. I also searched Google Images for both 'Halle des Volkes' and ' Volkshalle' and you get the same results, really. I don't think there really is a difference. I also means the same (but you probably already knew that;). That's like the difference Wagen des volkes and Volkswagen.

Forget all this petty nonsense they have to deal with today, they had European domination almost completely by the balls in 1940. They were really poised to start a new age of sheer German dominance on the continent. It was so simple: defeat England, consolidate Europe and stop the war there.

Nazi economic policy was a short term trickery aimed at gaining support among the people and preparing armaments. It was based on heavy deficit spending, price controls, import restrictions and state control over key industries. An unsustainable mix. Without war, Hitler's Germany would run into another crisis (this time home made). In 1938 wages were still below 1928 level.
