There is no doubt in the minds of the vast majority of black Americans, old and young, male and female, that BO is the chosen one. He represents a symbol of power long sought after by them. Hence his actions will not be subject to rational scutiny. He will do no wrong, no matter how damaging, egregious, (or illegal) they may be. Blacks will continue to view him as infallible regardless of the situation. They will do so because he wields supreme executive power, especially over the hated whites.
