you need the propellor flywheel again, you putted the flyweel of the water cooled cylinder on an air cooled one, not the right combination

@215alessio Look at my other Video, this is the right Flywhel, just at the moment without Fan. A CNC aluminium Fan is mounted at the other Vid.

have u fitted a fuel pump?

I ask as u get fuel starvation with normal carbs when tank gets low as the float is as high or higher.

do u use a fuel pump with that carb? (bottom of tank is below carb!)

how do u keep it cool without fan?

@tpvalley No Fuel Pump, because the carb bowl is under tank niveau. Porting times are 197 degees outlet. For the other times I have to look in my papers.

r u not tempted to use reed valve intake direct into cylinder like the zirri m1l etc?

they get upto 38bhp from 130cc.

it would seem that the smallframe engines have more space for transfers.

You are right, but in this project, I dont want to use reed intake, to see what is possible with rotary slide valve.

aber es ist auch keine 610 husky

die braucht so nen gaser

zeig mir die rechnung das ein 24 er nicht die füllung schafft

ganz zu schweigen von dem 10 cm längeren ansaugweg

der das ansprechverhalten völlig verlangsamt

@tippentapp nicht nur auf ner 610er husky, sondern auch auf diversen 250ger Vollcross. Und glaub mir eins, was versuche mit dem Si angeht, hab ich schon etliches durch.

Was das ansprechverhalten angeht, da spricht ja wohl der Sound im Video für sich selbst...lol.

@tippentapp Sorry, aber ich kenn nur einen Flachschieber von Piaggio, und das ist der SI24, mit dem Querschnitt von 24mm kann ich aber nicht wirklich was anfangen??? Das ist ja kein 50 ccm Plaste Toaster.

Ansonsten ist Keihin erste Wahl, was Einstellbarkeit usw angeht.
