  • 經手弊案相關官員, 永遠不許聘任為公務員或在公立學校任教, 終身不能擔任國營企業以及基金會的正職,顧問或董監事. 有公務員資格者, 予以解除, 年資取消. 薪水追討.

    別忘了儘快限制相關人士及官員出境, 別再出一個黃芳彥, 跑了死無對證.
