I was the rider of the hayabusa, she was to blame! she so clearly said "I'm so sorry I did'nt see you!!" I was just turning into the carpark as she hit me! If i had'nt of had my front wheel just into the entrance but had been sat straight when she hit I would have been through the window screed and more then likely DEAD!!! But never the less it was a accident and the poor lass was very shocked from it, life goes on :o)

actually i was there and witnessed the accident, i sw that she was not on the phone and i read the report in the papers and the police commented that she was going 14mph on impact, there are very few people who can say what acually happend but those who are talking about the bikers speeding behind her are CORRECT!!! not the idiots who are letting themselves been brainwashed by stupid no minded idiots who are stirring when they wernt even there to witness the even so get your facts right!!!

Saw it happen the busa had stopped to let some bikes out of the car park so he could turn in,he was stationary near the centre of the road ,the woman in the car was being followed by 2(I think) bikes that were speeding (in my oppinion) when she tail ended the biker and pillion ,The driver was very upset and did all she could to help ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,could have been a lot lot worse

@duncanrs My front wheel was just into the entrance of the carpark, i was doing 5mph max as its gravel as you turn in, i was'nt stood in the middle of the road as you say? she DID'NT SEE ME even though i'd been indicating since the bridge! Yes she was very upset and HER DAD was the person that helped as she was in no fit state to!! I hope she's managed to get over it and in future LOOKS more at whats happening infront!! might have my kid on the back next time!!!!!

@7thrifty I was the bloke on the bike and i was turning into the carpark at 5mph my front end was just into the entrance when she hit me so NO i was'nt doing a wheelie and yes I'd been indicating since just after the bridge SO THE CAR BEHIND COULD SEE!!!!!! the indicator was still on when we scraped my bike back off the floor!!!!
