Years ago I "stumbled" upon Chick Tracts. I was intrigued and ordered a sample pack. They were so full of biblical truth and information. The Holy Spirit used the info in them & the Bible to lead me to the Blood of Christ that He shed on the cross (and on the Mercy Seat in the Holy of Holies in Heaven) to redeem me back to God and saved me from hell. Why, just look at craigblast, with his 7 votes! By calling me evil, he proves that he's the very MODEL of unjudgemental Christian love!
While I, with my appeals to logic & tolerance, am obviously a hateful anti-Christian radical.
Why, I'd say I've earned all 5 of those thumbs down, & that they actually hurt me on an emotional level. I may even read a Chick tract and be born again.

Does Jack seriously think his tracts are that successful? I find it impossible to believe the crap written in them. There's no way someone with a right mind would read them and say "oh hay, this makes sense".
Also, I'm pretty sure that the thumbs-downed comments on this video are the good ones. The thumbs-upped ones are pretty much Fundies supporting each other.
Anyone seen Chick's new tract Crazy Wolf? By god, it's a doozy.

You'd be right on multiple levels. But don't expect rage dumps. The Fundies--or possibly just craigblast--seem to be complacent in petty censorship by exploiting YouTube's lazy-ass staff.
That being said, there's a reason people who buy into Chick tracts are this unpleasant. Ignoring the bad rhetoric for a change, they're so marvelously offensive.

Years ago I "stumbled" upon Chick Tracts. I was intrigued and ordered a sample pack. They were so full of biblical truth and information. The Holy Spirit used the info in them & the Bible to lead me to the Blood of Christ that He shed on the cross (and on the Mercy Seat in the Holy of Holies in Heaven) to redeem me back to God and saved me from hell. Don't resist the leading of the Holy Spirit. You won't regret it.

I don't need to do "Bible research." I've seen it first hand. It's full of bad grammar & even worse storytelling. It is not "complicated" or "deep."
I function on this thing called logic. Logic tells me that you can't go around proclaiming yourself a paragon of morality while ordering the murder of children and making of women into sex slaves.

Fair enough. Many people don't believe in God and saying that those who don't need help implies that all atheists are evil, you don't need to believe in the bible to read it, "you`re and", means nothing, the US is not at war with Iran, "currently at war since", makes no sense, you can't be angry at something you don't believe exists, your "(quote)", and "(unquote)", are redundant, and the second part of your last sentence contained use of the strawman fallacy.

All non believers are evil, so called Christians, Buddist, and Muslims, but real Christians are the only ones considered righteous in the eyes of God, just read Romans 4 through10. And non Christians including Atheist are considered evil in Gods eyes because they don`t have Christ, this is regardless how nice and kind they are. Once you`re born you are destin for Hell unless you have a Saviour, not as a baby but when you grow. Salvation is a free gift from God, all you have to do is accept it.

Salvation is not guaranteed. Chances are those like you with your loveless comments may not make it. "Many are called, few are choosen."

@Subtitleworship, Read John 3:16 if you don`t think you don`t need Christ to be saved, and you`re right the Bible does say that only a few will be saved, but you must know the contex of which a few is define, lets say their have been about 50billion people to die since mans creation, so 10% of a 50 billion is considered a few, meaning that Heaven will have at least 5 billion occupants, which is about the same population of the world now. I`ll be there, if you dont find Christ you wont.

@craigblast Where does it say in the Bible that unless one says the "sinners prayer" that one is not a Christian. One simply has to state they believe in Jesus, no fancy man made formulas, like the "sinners prayer."

@craigblast : From your comment, I think you just implied that Subtitled is both an agnostic and an athiest. Uh.... if I can put it in layman's terms... agnostic =/= athiest.
However, there's such thing as a borderline-athiest (which may or may not apply to the agnostic category), but that doesn't mean I'm agreeing with you.
Also, it's people like you that give true Chirstians a bad name and make people more secular (also, secularism isn't bad as you think. Most fundies think it's evil.).

@Draggy, Agnostizism + Athieism = Doubt. Which is one in the same of not believing. If you doubt the existence of God, how in the world can you believe he has a son? Agnostics and Athiest will both be cursed for eternity unless they become true believers in Christ. Because it takes faith to be a Christian, and if you have any doubt, believe me Christ will know on judgement day.

@craigblast : Continuing from my recent comment. You'd think that God being.... oh, I dunno... FUCKING OMNISCIENT, would've seen the whole thing coming a mile away. Also, in before the whole "divine plan" thing. I'm pretty sure fundies use that as an excuse for the whole thing.

generalizations. You say that non Christians have never read a Bible, but there are plenty of unbelievers who have read it a few times, and are indeed more informed than the believers themselves.
So...have you ever read a Qu'ran? A Torah? A nonreligious, yet still contested-by-Christianity book such as Origin of the Species?
I can see why you'd like Chick tracts. They are very simple, full of bad writing, generalizations, and false facts. Such as the time he said cancer=AIDS.

An atheist may read the Bible for many reasons. They may find it entertaining, or they may simply want to learn about other viewpoints (like you seem to be very against).

Because the word of God becomes animated and made short and simple through illustration, especially since non christians never read a bible, or care about gods word elswhere. But you have to have a open mind and not be willing to harden your heart when you read it . But if youre a atheist and just plain evil the godspel will go through one ear and out the other anyway.

Evil? I do seem to recall God ordering the Israelites to perform MASS GENOCIDE, but apparently, the people who don't follow this deity are evil.
Not to mention the glaring holes in your logic. You assert that atheism=closed mindedness. However, this person was apparently an unbeliever before being converted. The other hole is that "anyone who disagrees with me is obviously closed minded."

Kate wasn`t a believer or non believer, she was uninformed. And if you`re gonna read the bible out of context then you might believe God is a bush. So if you want to consider the enemies of Isreal as victims, consider that they currently are trying to wipe Isreal off the face of the earth, so your theory of mass genocide against a race of people who won`t rest until Isreal is destroyed just proves how ignorant of the Bible you really are.
