I eat cow and/or pork organs on a weekly base (thus being ones a week). My personal favorite is also the tongue I must say, but a well seared liver or kindness are yum too. But I do understand that some people might find it disgusting. I, on the other hand, find it delicious!

wow what a crap. just like on other seasons they puke from eating organs... as others said it's likely boiled without seasoning but why puke? if it was raw i could understand it, but lots of people like cooked organs, as do i [never eaten cow tongue though]. so WTF is wrong with these "cooks" on HK. i mean, especially cooks should value the natural taste of things so you'd know your fucking product and what you need to season it. my god... it's gotta be just an act right?

Really you have never tried cows tongue huh..? I got to tell you really missing out one of the most delicious thing ever my grandmother made it evertime we ate tacos my grand mother was Mexican/indian and the way she prepared it was amazing wth choped onion and blackpeper, jalapenos and garlic along with choped cilantro and a pinch of salt beautifull ..sorry about the big explination just saying very delicious please try it sometime.
