This video about Dan Besse and power companies is a very effective demonstration of citizen action in progress.
The sketches show the idiocy of letting power companies put Construction Work in figuring ratepayers' bills.
They worked surprisingly well to show the coalition building and cooperation Dan and the folks he was working with needed to get Construction Work in Progress repealed.
You've illustrated, literally, a citizen action victory.
