wow, the nose job (apparently the first one) was at 0:07 seconds and i have no idea why he didn't stop there! If you compare that nose, it was his first attempt at thinning it out and making it more refined. It was still "ethnic" but more sleek, but I guess he wanted it thinner. Big mistake. Poor MJ. Wish he didn't suffer so much self consciousness and poor self image.
