@KDGrandbois No they don't, you'll need to buy a bike from one of the many bike stores that are nearby, then you'll need to register it and get a parking permit from Kansai Gaidai :)
I might be going there next year, what's it like? From watching videos on the internet of the university it looks like there are a lot of Americans, but are there many Brits? I wouldn't want to feel like I'm the one, lol.
So they have bikes there for students to use?
