omg about the cheek stain, I guess it's a universal thing. When I was a kid, parents and kindergarten teachers used to put lipstick on our cheeks and blend it out for holiday and dancing makeup. But anyway, I don't remember grown-ups ever did that for themselves. Lipstick-cheekstain was like a signature of dressed-up kindergarten kids. I was from another part of the planet far far away from Canada. It's really funny to find out women all over the world used lipstick the same way.
