  • I Believe!!!!!

  • Guy's, as much as I have an opinion in the matter, either listen to the song and enjoy it for what it is, or don't listen to the song if Christianity offends you that much.

  • This guy writes phenomenal music!!!!

  • Matthew 25:41 says that hell was, "prepared for the devil and his angels."

2 Peter 3:9 says that the Lord is "not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."

What do those verses tell us about God? That God has an enemy--Satan & He has prepared judgment for him & that God doesn't want any person to end up in that judgment. But we've all followed Satan's lead--and are due for the same judgment unless we accept the forgiveness He's offered us through his Son Jesus.

  • Yeah...God gave everyone free will to choose, so why would you care who believes this so called "stone age methology" as you put it ? I see no one trying to convince extremist muslims that sawing heads off is wrong...........futher I've read the Quran and it speaks of tolerance among Jews, Christians and Muslims. Why would you care? Use your free will to do something good for your neighbor rather than run them down.

  • Christianity... the belief that an all powerful Jewish Zombie can help you avoid being tortured forever. You must eat crackers and wine that turn into his flesh and telepathically tell him you are a worthless piece of crap and deserve eternal torture (eventhough he made you). This is because a woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat a forbidden fruit which placed a curse on all our souls. Dont worry though, he sacrificed himself to himself, in order to break the curse.

    Copy this message

  • @tempemonkey go try to die for people who all hate you, then we will talk.

  • @UnstableCon Any decent person would willingly go through exactly what Jesus did if it meant that they would prevent millions from being tortured forever... Even more so if you created the rules and the means for them to be tortured in hell for eternity.. Even more so if you were a god and would just come back to life to rule the universe in a couple days..... Jesus sacrificing himself to himself because he created an immoral system of punishment is nothing to hold up as a virtue..

  • @tempemonkey That's not true. No 'decent' person would have done what Jesus did. No one person COULD HAVE done what Jesus did. That's the reason it HAD to be Jesus. There is not one person on this Earth that could've lived the sinless life that Jesus did. Jesus didn't just merely die for others on Earth, he took God's WRATH! Jesus took on God's wrath so we wouldn't have to. Sin had been so prevalent that not many had the righteousness needed to be with God, so Jesus gave us his righteousness.

  • God is a righteous God, and so he can not let sin go unpunished. Sin was running rampant in people's lives, but God had mercy on us by sending his own sinless son to take on our sin and pay our price for us. Jesus Christ alone was qualified to die this substitutionary death. His death, as ours, was acceptable to God. Now when we believe in Christ, His death is counted in God's sight as our own. So our debt of sin is righteously paid, and we are saved.

  • @GDJoppa Gods perfect righteousness demanded that he sacrificed a perfect human being as the object of his wrath.... You seriously believe this? That is not justice, that is stone aged mythology.... Wake up!!!

Again, If I was a perfect god man, and if god really did demand that a person be sacrificed in order to feed his blood lust, I would do what Jesus did.... What he did was not that big of a deal considering the consequences, both positive and negative.

  • @tempemonkey What Jesus Christ did was a Great deal! He gave His life as an offering to God on the cross in our behalf. He took our place because we needed to be rescued from our sin and its death penalty. He displayed unprecedented love! He left His Father in heaven to become a lowly human, and save us from ourselves!

  • @GDJoppa First of all, you think that a god who demands human sacrifice is worthy of praise..... Wow... You dont realize that this is just stone aged mythology? wow

Secondly, are you saying you would not do what Jesus did. That is, if you were a god man who created an immoral system of justice and for some reason the only looophole is that you must sacrifice yourself to yourself in order to keep people from being tortured for not worshiping you... Crazy stuff when you actually THINK about it.

  • @tempemonkey All I have is truth! God created man and gave man free will. Man chose sin instead of God. Sin ultimately leads to an eternity in Hell. Instead of most of the world going to Hell, God sent Jesus to take the punishment for them and to teach them how to live because they were astray.

One has to understand that God is a Holy God. Sin has no place in Him or with Him. So if man is sinful, man cannot be with God. The only place left is Hell.

  • And as much as I would love to say that I would have done what Jesus did, I probably wouldn't have. When things got uncomfortable, I would have questioned what I got myself into. And I probably would have used my power to help myself at times. I personally can only take so much abuse before I fight back. I'm only human, but then again Jesus was more than human...

  • @GDJoppa Let me guess, you probably think that god guides the United States as well..... Dont you crazy retards see.... You are no different than Islam... You both dogmatically follow an immoral ancient book and you both think god is on your countries side against against the other person.. Just look at European history if you think that your little occult is more moral than Islam...... Because it isnt... I just wish people would wake up and question their own country and their crazy beliefs.

  • @tempemonkey I said nothing about God guiding the US. If He did guide the US, nothing but good would come of it. Things would be different if He did, but He doesn't. Where did that come from anyway??

  • @tempemonkey I don't think you've read the Bible if that's how you see it. For the future, learn the facts before you speak about something. There's nothing immoral with the "acient book". Sorry! And what about Europe? If it's the crusades you're thinking about. There's alot more to them then you'll learn in school. So if you haven't done any research in the matter, don't bring it up as an argument against Christianity.

  • @JackoRoyal Ive read the bible and even went to bible school.. Watch the video titled "top ten reasons the bible is repulsive". Seriously, watch it and then tell me what yo think..... Also, tell me with a straight face that if you saw your daughter being tortured in hell simply because she lacked the evidence and reason to grovel at his feet.... That you would call that justice and she is getting what she deserves... Give me a break. Its obviously just playing on peoples fears, its not moral.

  • @tempemonkey I will definitely watch the video, but first a response. The excuses will have to wait...;) First of all I'll have to apologize if I sounded a bit short in my previous comment, i had read so many comments that said so much stupid things. I don't think yours did, that's why I commented yours and maybe put some of my frustration on you, sorry about that. I'm not sure I follow what seeing my daughter tortured has anything to do with my comment, but I would not. That would be horrible!

  • @JackoRoyal So what did I not learn from schools and books that you learned from your christian dogma machine... Last I heard, millions of countries and many nations claimed to have a personal experience with god and that he was on their side, and naturally the others were wrong and needed to convert or be exterminated as they are a threat to the earth..... The moral of the story is that religion and politics MUST be kept separate... Religious fundamentalism destroys a country very quickly..

  • @tempemonkey I can't say for sure how God works, my hope is he gives everyone a chance at some point and don't condemn people that haven't had a chance. I don't think people become believers out of fear of disappearing when they die, atleast I'm not. I am because it helps me today. God has helped me alot in my life. I was on a bad path for a long time in my life, and without my belief I'm not sure what I would be today. So even if I'm wrong, is it really that bad to believe if it do you good?

  • @tempemonkey I don't see me as chosen, I see me as one of all his children that hopes he'll live forever.

Let me ask you this? Do you believe in anything? If not, how can you talk about moral at all? Doesn't it takes a moral for moral even to exist?

My comment about what you learn in school was only if your comment about europe was about the crusades. I'm not saying I learned more in school. I've studied it afterwards and learnt that what the school teach is just a tiny bit of it all.

  • @JackoRoyal I would also add that if this country was run as an actual christian country, that is if Christianity was declared the national religion and the bible and other christian dogma determined law, then we would see something very similar to Sharia Law. Not exactly like that though. You see, when yo have a group of people who claim to be in contact with infallible truth that reason or logic cannot touch. And this truth determines if you will be tortured forever or not... Bad things happen

  • @tempemonkey Don't know which country you're from but I don't think that any country run as an actual christian country would be in any way similar to Sharia Law. The muslim god is not the same as the christian God. They have a distant god, not a god that is actually present. And the laws they have is not at all very similar to the christian laws. I think God is infallible, but I also believe he gave us common sense for a reason.

  • @JackoRoyal Actually, I am not done yet, you know yo tell me to educate myself about the bible and history and such.... Well, many studies have shown that the more educated one is, the less religious they are. Its quite a positive correlation as well.

So, the best way to protect your religion, is to not educate yourself really. And definately dont understand just how barbaric, immoral, and irrelevant the not so good book is. Seriously, search for, "the top ten reasons why the bible is repulsive

  • @tempemonkey I've also heard that the more educated one is, the less religious they are. All I can say is that our school system, in most parts of the western world is based only on science and not at all take account for what religion may learn us, which is alot. Can you deny that the message in the bible is good?

  • @tempemonkey Sure, there are parts where I'm not educated enough to give you a good response, I'm always trying to learn more about it. I don't understand it all, one day maybe I will...in heaven. I don't think you can know and understand it all whatever belief you have, christian, athiest, hindu, jew, muslim etc. For me it's a given, the big picture in christianity, Love, is pretty sweet. And to live with God on a daily base is a pretty good deal.

  • @tempemonkey I do agree that alot of countries, atleast their leaders have used God as a reason to do horrible things. I don't think God wants us to go to war in his name. Sadly we are pretty greedy and people will always use what they can to get their will done. but just because they say it's Gods will doesn't mean it needs to be.
