that pays noth or very little for it can be likened to giving someone tenancy/ownership of a Ferarri and being responsible only to keep gas in it.

I would gather up her rap sheet and take it to section 8 to notify them she is leaching off the system and that she held over the property. I'd also take her to court for the remaining amount due and get a judgment for the amount. Notify all three credit agencies and make sure her eviction sticks on her record. With the judgment, she should be able to buy a house or car without paying you first.

Thanks for the good advice... I had already thought about what you suggested. The back story to my 4 videos is pure and utter hell. I had to deal with this woman of pure nonsense for over 1 year, so trying to pursue money out of her now would just be me, 'continuing to hit my head against a wall.' You reap what you sow, so I do not need to take care of her. I'm fully convinced she will be punished for what see did to me.

I dont get it....shes paying her rent? she is trying to live there for free? she is faking an illness? you said it happened bfore, what your lawyer said about this?

The tenant was a section 8 tenant, so the majority of her rent was made by that government agency. However, since the lease was up and a negotiated settlement was up, she was a holdover tenant. In addition, the government housing agency was not paying their portion of the rent, which was 98% of total rent.

Yes, she was faking her illness on the day of trial, in order to get sympathy out of the judge, who had to decide whether or not to evict her.
