Yet, this boss along with the prince was the best. TBC was the best time in WoW and I wish wwe didn't have to move on or they would make Kara lvl 80.

I found this easiest when we had 3 priests (2 holy, 1 shadow) and we kept up all three shackles through the fight after killing the spriest. (his add)when he died we just killed the other adds 1 by 1. we got lucky with the agrottes but hey!. AFter that i got don santos' famous hunting rifle from trash =D

Minor Update= After Moroes dies you can run out of the room and the adds will despawn. At the time I made this we were not aware of that. Just an FYI.

You guys are talking about different things.

TnS is saying that if you've kept some of his guards alive, then after you kill Moroes you can run out of the room in order to avoid fighting them.

Dark# is saying that if you don't like the defenders/guards that were randomly assigned to you; you can force a soft reset of the instance by leaving the instance for half an hour. Thus changing up which classes are guarding Moroes.
