  • Whos is the singer ? is that anggun ?

  • Hallo Wolfgang, passt alles sehr gut zusammen, sehr schön :o)

  • @Klarinette3000

    Vielen Dank !

Solche gemeinsamen Projekte machen sehr viel Freude.

Um so schöner ist es, wenn es dann, wenn es auch den Zuhörern und Zuschauern gefällt. Es muss ja auch nicht immer profimäßig sein.

Der Spaß an der Sache zählt letztlich.

  • Were Well done Libertango@

  • Thank you !

  • It is indeed a very beautiful song... love Dougie McLean's music... and you have a lovely gentle touch. Very excited about this project. :) Janet

  • oh thank you very much for your nice answer, Janet.

Yes, I agree in all what you said. My aim was to play according to the song's spirit. The accordion (this type, make of) is sometimes seen to be a "rough sounding" machine... (what I don't agree to, because it all depends on the player and the way he "uses" this instrument).

Many people don't even know, that accordions can produce deep emotional, romantic, decent and not only rough, shrill, sharp sound too !

  • very well played

it's a very good sound comin from the accordian

    keep playing

  • I will, I will...

    Thank you

  • Your sound brings me very gentle feeling...

The tiffany lamp and its light fit your performance!

  • @palamiz

This is very interesting and I share this thinking in that way, that usually the simple songs - the ones with a sweet melody and not necessarily with a complex structure or difficult playing) will cause these emotions. Isn't that true ? It's just the sweet and simple melody... the way the notes have been set...

there do exist many songs, most of them within folk genre (country too), that will impress audience like that and cause "emotions" during listening.

  • Yes, I agree with you!

I feel lucky we've met a lot of artists on the web

    through the collaboration.

I feel like to join also singing... maybe I will do...

  • Sounds wonderful with nice variations in the melody!!!

  • @maaswater15

the melody (a kind of second voice on the repetition) was my aim... glad you like it, because it is really kept simple and nice, didn't want to overload this.

  • Fantastic and sweet melody!

    Perfect performance and collaboration!

    I appreciate so much it

    Congratulations!

    5*

  • Felice Anno Nuovo, Fabrizio, mille gracie

  • Magda from Brooklyn thanks you for a wonderful video. Season Greetings!

  • Hi Magda,

    thanks for your comment.

I wish to you and your relatives a very nice new year's eve celebration over there at N.Y. Times Square - knowing this is something VERY special ;-) Hope you will be part of it.

  • well done, am sure Dougie MacLean would approve.

  • You think so ? That would be very nice. But I'm just a small part of this project - I'm awaiting eagerly the final version with all musicians and singers. It's supposed to become a real great project, I guess.

  • Wolfgang, This is excellent. Your accordion playing is perfect accompaniment to the singing. You have the volume just right so it does not overpower the singing. I love this! Seasons Greetings, Fran

  • Yes, volume and melody were my biggest concerns beside the sound-impression in total. Therefore I used no bass and a soft tremolo. I played a kind of second voice (at least partially) to the singers voice.... glad you like it.

  • very beautiful

  • Thank you.

  • Very good!

  • Thanks !

  • WoW ! Excellent good job !

  • Thank you for your comment - so, I guess you like it. I am awaiting the final version with all collaborators (should I say friends ? Yes. I should). We are all globaly united by musical spirit. Have a merry christmas.
