@cryingviolin It's a kit,u buy,u put together or pay someone to put together. Lots of info on the internet,it's just a few tap of the key's and a click away,to get it.
@cryingviolin - if you have to ask if "v8 is a engine" ....then it is safe to assume this is beyond your current ability to do. Enjoy your "docus" though.
I like the idea of a Carb'd 5.4L. Wondered some time ago why there wasn't more support for aftermarket manifolds to make those or 4.6's carb'd as it'd make swapping them in older set-ups fairly straight forward. Why the dual set up though? Surely a 650-775 cfm would be good.
@CarpathianCarl Yes it's a nice straight forward set up. What u may not know is that that intake is 2 piece. The factory Navi lower, and the long rectangular box is the upper. So yes a single would have been enough, but we have less $ in this set-up(ie-upper manifold, carbs, bug catcher and MSD 6011) than the cost of a Sullivan single carb intake by itself($700+) Plus the WOW factor is much higher this way. If ya goto the channel page, scroll down to "companies" c&p link. Goto page 7,pics of build
It was good to see this car in person at the Pella Mustang show. Let me know when you are ready to one of those huge motors in one of my Mini Mustangs. You might need to add some wheelie bars since the original only had a 3HP Briggs motor
@thatssplendid this car was already a SEMA built car. That originally started as a 302 V8 conversion. And all the parts and engine we already had in house. So it was just labor to make it look like this. To make ur's a V* u'll have to build it,as there are no more kits available.
@Jaytheredneck1 He doesn't have to google kugel. We r the east coast distributor for the kit. And the only builder/installer on a regular basis.18 cars to be exact. Kugel does not do any conversions, just manufacturing of the kit.
@TheV8FOCUSshop Whats the average expense for the install. Going for labor since the components from Kugal are a set price and then its motor and trans shopping.
@audiostank Please call the shop 877-823-8836. Jim will answer, and answer any ?'s u have about labor cost, and costs of any upgrading you might want. I help build, take pics and video's. And answer any of the other ?'s u all may have.
