  • I am a black woman and I am not offended by anyone making any dish.Thats like saying black people can't cook rice.are you offended.?I can probabley make Asian food as well or better than the average Asian.THIS IS 2012 not 1955. Now you try to open your mind and think before you make dumb comments.MUCH LOVE TO THE VIDEO.

  • @rickytomatoes picture me rollin by 2pac the orchestra version

  • GOOD LORD, WHAT IS THE NAME OF THIS SONG??? TELL US!

  • kingiis is me. Thank you for everyone who have left kind words on this video, and for the people who have left ignorant remarks, NO CHICKEN FOR YOU!

I absolutely love all people, have a great connection with Black women, and this here soul food is a great common ground :)

Thanks for watching! I always tell people, "Google southern soul food and that first video is ME!!!"

    CHEERS!

  • Also there are plenty of non-blacks who cook good soul food, Whites & Italians I personally know are fabulous cooks. White Southerners are most apt to cook soul food too.

  • I stir clear of pork and Collards but it looks delicious! ......Also Beware of "TROLLS".....They are all over this video.....normally they pretend to be black ppl and make obnoxious comments to stir up arguments/debates, etc....Black ppl are not offended by anyone cooking soul food. We don't go around looking for videos just to simply say, You can't cook soul food that only blacks can.....Peace

  • @mssquirrely much love mssquirrely! I am not affected by the haters, only enriched by the lovers!

  • Typical nigger shit....

  • Great looking meal. Tea or lemonade to drink would be nice. We can bring the peach coppler or sweet potato pie for dessert, if we are invited to this feast. Thanks, now lets eat.

  • LOOKS GREAT!!! A LIL ADVICE....LEAVE OUT THE ONIONS, FRY THE BACON FIRST, THEN ADD GREENS, LESS WATER

  • @Lavaredd ahh, i like red onions in my greens! mushy onions up in the mix! the bacon was prefried to a crisp, then entered into the greens. i do put in less water now though! i've been tweaking the recipe since day 1!

  • please you guys people from all races enjoy soul food you should be flattered that people like to cook it all the rude comments about blacks that people are putting on here please i bet it would be pretty racist of me to say all white women cant cook that you guys are afraid of seasoning right there are ways to tweek these recipes to make them more healthy if you're not openminded about trying this kind of food then dont crtiticize simply watch another vid dumbasses

  • damn this nigga so sexy

  • Healthiest ingredients? HAH the only healthy thing is there is the greens and they were ruined with bacon. Seriously I'm used to a Mediterranean type diet (extremely healthy) so that stuff would probably make me sick. No offense to anyone but it's no wonder so many ppl there are obese.

  • yo this is beeaura, aka kingiis. those are my korean hands cookin' legit soul food, learnt from the internet. my tongue no lie.

thanks for the love. it's an honor being on the top of the search results for southern soul food. there are no boundaries when it comes to food, so haters keep hatin' and eat yo hot pockets that were on sale bitch!

    fried chicken for life.

korean fried chicken is the new KFC!

  • Why are most black women fat as shit?

  • @loonmaniac why are you retarded as fuck?

  • I love that music in the back ground this is a good video

  • Damn. People need to calm down. Some soul food is fine, but in moderation. You can tweek the recipes a little to suit your dietary restrictions. If you have medical problems, then you really need to stay clear.

  • ha! I'm black and you know where I get my southern recipes from?? not my family...but from Paula Deen!! color doesn't matter at all...I'm not offended. thanks for the good cooking!

  • Ya' know? I kin honestly say ah' have neva' EVERY cooked some turkey dat tasted even remotely likes cardbo'd - o' nuthin else distasteful. It be all about preparashun, seasonin', and propuh' cookin'. Fo' turkey t'taste likes cardbo'd, one gots'ta not season it at all, not add any moisture, and finally ya' den upside cook de crap out uh it. Any sucka dat igno'ant duznt deserve any help o' suggesshuns oda' dan t'learn how t'cook. Ya' know?

  • @loonmaniac oxymoron

  • I wish people would stop behaving ignorant.

  • i want to eat some of that soul food but since i have asthma, i want to keep breathing so i will hold off my temptation for some.

  • wow, i can't believe that black people are offended by you making this. it's just F-O-O-D. Get a fuk'n grip. I'm Asian too and i LOVE me some SOUL food.

  • picture me rollin'-2pac

    but it's the orchestra version.

  • THANKS

  • Ron, I am amazed!! I couldn't see what you were doing to the chicken, but I could piece it together. It looked great, do you use bacon for your greens? I use smoked turkey, but then again I also add garlic, onion, and a host of other uneeded things. Great video, and the mac and cheese inspired me to make some soulfood to warm up these cold Chicago winters! Happy Holidays and thanks:)

  • sorry for the late reply, but i use bacon and hocks for my greens. garlic and onions too.

and the chicken, i buttermilk/hotsauce marinate them for a good 24 hours. does wonders to the flavor.

  • Looks great but you need a little seasoning. Throw on some season salt, garlic powder, pepper and a little paprika.....and this would be perfect! Happy cooking!

  • uhh, you have no idea what you're talking about. how do you know if ineed seasoning? it's not like you're tasting it.

  • I know because I cook! But you obviously do not as you have time to troll comments from 5 months ago! My comment was not negative just constructive, God I dislike miserable people like you!
