to xbox3602836 u only come up on the radar if a sniper throws a motion tracker and it only last for like 2 min. and u only get 3. Another way to come up on the radar is if u get shot or aimed out for a few seconds and u only stay up on the radar for like 30 sec.

I love this gun it is beast and i'm beast with it. I know about the whole bullet travel time but at point blank your crosshairs would be aimed way off and it would give you the kill, and i don't know if you put a dot on your screen or what but how did you not zoom in, i can do it sometimes but not a bunch.

its not lag nor bullet speed travel its battle fields weird shooting design in previous games you had to scope in and stay on your target for at least a half second then fire ahead of him its similar to counter strike source's hit box or character box that's all :P
