  • Good video, lots of important info for those who are new to nutrition and weight loss. My only problem seems to be that your anti red meat. I eat red meat 3 times a week and I never gain weight. The fattier red meats give the rest a bad name. People go grocery shopping and pick out some of the fatest red meats like chuck or ground beef or rib steaks. Go for leaner cuts like sirloin, top round, briskets, flanks and meat can become a important part of your diet without jeopardizing your health.

    however meat is also fabulous for burning fat, WHY?

    because protein is never turned to energy/fat unless you body is under horrible starvation and has used up all fat, sugurs and carbohydrates in your body.

    To loss weight you must understand the burn rankings of different food in your system

    1. simple sugurs

    2.carbohydrates

    3.fats oils lipids

    4. Proteins

  • Listening to the foods that you talk about being good for you. Reminded me that those foods were what Mom used to feed us.

    And back then, I couldn't put on a pound if I tried!

    But I was full, I was like a roman candle when it came to having energy, and I wasn't hungry for a good part of the day!

    And with what Mom was feeding me, I was capable of riding a little motocross bike nearly 17 miles a day!

  • I used to drink coffee and eat very little fibre, then I viewed this video and your Green Tea video, and after a couple of weeks of replaceing coffee with green tea, and sugar cereals with allbran and wheatflakes...I'm really feeling the difference...I have more energy, I'm not fatigued, I feel good.......I really enjoy your videos...keep up the good work.

  • can you tell me all the foods you know that have a good amount of fiber in them, because i have just been eating fiber bars after meals and i dont know if thats safe?
