DUH...yes Newt is clearly in the wrong for what he did. And yes his ex-wife agreed to give this interview. Now for ABC's part they are clearly doing this for exploitation reasons. They have a FREE WILL they didn't HAVE to cover this story at all.

You missed the point. Even if this scorned prune was telling the truth, which is way unlikely, compare the ethics of asking your wife's permission to have an affair to the Bill Clinton style of boinking anything in skirts and daring Hillary to take it or lose her ticket to power. She took it, of course, and now she has the power to screw all of us in return.
@alizaderic He clearly wronged her and she has every right to her bitterness. Sadly, this moment of feeling that she has gotten him back will fade and her bitterness will deepen. The only thing that heals such wounds is the choice to forgive the seemingly unforgivable.
I don't know if he is guilty of what she charges or not but I do know this; None of us were there and we are only hearing her side of the story. I'm honestly rather surprised Pamela Geller would post this without corroborating evidence.
@Dangerman5 And where was the righteous indignation from 60% of the population during the Bill Clinton years, especially since 4 women who did not know each other accused him of rape? Does that justify Gingrich? Of course not, but it speaks to the motives of many who are railing against Gingrich. By the way, I'm not a Gingrich supporter. I don't see voting for him.
@talonspoint I'm not positive but my guess is that Pamela Geller posted this video as a "back drop" to the next video posted called "Gingrich Wins The GOP Debate In The First Five Minutes".
@MissCaulks I agree but there was an underlying purpose. Geller has always impressed me as an validated evidence person, not a likely story believer. Is it a likely story, mmm yep I'd say so. Does that mean he is also guilty of asking his wife to be a swinger? No evidence thereof at this point. Reporting facts is newsworthy, reporting tawdry unsubstantiated accusations isn't.

However, take a look at all the major media sources and I honestly believe you'll come to the same conclusion I have: they rarely report news anymore. It is mostly opinion pieces or gossip crap like this one. I am guessing Geller is just trying to point out the co-incidental timing of when this story was released: right before the SC primary. Just my guess though.
