He does it again during Battle City int eh episode when Joey and Tea are looking for Yami while he's dueling the Magician.

This is whats wrong with 4Kids. They censor all the good stuff, their Dubs and very high quality compared to other anime shows and movies, (e.g. Disney's Dubs for Hayao Miyazaki's movies, except maybe Ponyo and Totoro, that was just shameful.) And they can't even do a thorough job to understand the show.

3 reasons why this scene sucks ass

I think most people is missing why this scene really makes no sense. The flashback takes place back in the orphanage, BEFORE they were adopted by Gozaboro Kaiba. So this name didn't even BELONG to Seto yet.

Usually people who do not know you would refer to you using your last name followed by the suffix 'kun' if you are addressing a guy, or 'San' If you are addressing a girl. Hope this helps.
