  • i think this colour/aging/setup/sound/tone combination is the planet in the world of stratocasters. faded blue, maplecap, whit pickg..... IMO this is the best guitar you have in your inventory.

  • Please could you just help me out a bit mate? I got a slide today and tuned to open E tuning. I really want to be able to play this style of guitar but i have no idea how to play the blues scale in open E tuning. I know it in standard tuning but i am completely new to open E tuning and sliding. Any help would be really appreciated.

  • @adooradoor4you i too am learning- have learned a great deal on youtube videos- just keep watching them. this video is more of a demonstration as supposed to a lesson.

  • The color coat is still blue. It's the clear coat that has changed to yellow. Love your tone by the way.

  • my friend... you´re awesome guitar player, it´s always a plesure to wach your vids each second... another amazing thing is the tone on this japanese guitar. I just bought one this year and it became my favorite strat, as you saw in the video I have an american vintage. But I preffer the japanese model from late 80´s.

  • Thank you! Believe it or not, Sandra was made from a sunburst Squier Classic Vibe. Body- and neck woods are all thats left of it, everything else upgraded/replaced/painted/reli­ced by myself. Maybe not a real vintage gem like your guitars, but I love her :) Oh, and great playing here once again!
