@atoam really? it didn't seem like he was losing much traction, seemed more like a turbo lag issue to me, so maybe $900 for stickier tires AND another $1000 or so on a nitrous kit to help the engine get into boost faster. Weren't those races starting in 3rd gear? Maybe it was traction loss, but it seemed like lag. It could maybe use better tuning and some method of reducing turbo lag.

If a car has friken 10 times the contact area, it can put down more power, have better handling, breaking, (especially from high speed) and stability

The car has higher kinetic friction because it has a much bigger contact area. Consider a car trying to drive on ice. Because of the low level of kinetic friction, it most likley wont go anywhere, and definetly will not accelerate fast or be able to handel or stop well.

On a whole the car is soo much heavier, so more mass e.g 1400KG x 9.8 (gravity) = 13720N pushiing down. The bike 200KG x 9.8 = 1960N

Say the car has a engine driving force of 4000N

and the bike 1000N

the bike has 4x less the power but in equvilant the car ways more than 4x the weight of the car

so the bike will acclerate faster this is not tacking into the account the coeffcient of friction which wud almost be the same for bike and car!
