  • This was the perfect dish I ever made...my husband loved it, I used onions instead of mushrooms, i love the part when he wrapped the meat in the foil, it helps preserve the moisture!

  • 10 minutes to cook? too long if you want to do it right. 2 minutes each side, tops. transfer to a 350 degree oven for 5 for min. done!

  • Awesome. My only gripe is that he covered the entire steak in foil. You're supposed to tent it with foil, covering it like that will steam the steak and make it lose flavor
