Thanks for asking! Since I've been teaching and training martial arts for 36 years, I don't really do any one art in particular, but more of a combination of things that I've learned and keep learning. I call my ever-changing (and hopefully, improving) method "Combative Arts Concepts" .
Didnt know it is a two piece model. I bought one and they shipped it assembled but wrapped up. The apartment people kinda freaked out.
Great for drilling though, just wish the legs could straigten out so I could also do Standing Judo throws.
