The reason why people think that pitbulls are violent dogs is because of:
1. The media.
2. They either have phobias or have been attacked before.
3. They assume pitbulls are just bad.
They just assume from what they see about pitbulls and they don't actually find out the REAl truth about pitbulls. Pitbulls aren't bad dogs...it depends on how you raise them. If you raise them with proper training, socializing, and love, then they can become good dogs.
78% of dogs who are abused are also Pitbulls. Some low brow scumbag watches a Rap video and sees a Pitbull on a chain then they go out and buy or adopt one and dress it like something Christians were thrown to during the Roman Empire. Btw, Chihuahuas can also be vicious. My sister has a Bichon that attacks me even after I give him food.
Sorry but these dogs were bred to be extremely aggressive hunting dogs and they are just that. Peeps act as if these dogs are just as safe as any other but theyre not! These dogs will kill things in fun. I grew up in a small neighborhood that had 100's of dogs and 2 were pits. The 2 pits caused every single attack there was while i was there. Anything else someone says is that "their" dog hasnt attacked but it may be a matter of time. A ticking time bomb. I kno not all but you dont kno which!
people like xxxxxxxxxxxx make me sooooooooooooooooo angry because i am a 12 year old kid and my dog Maddi who is a pitbull/sharpei mix has never hurt anybody the only time she has hurt anybody is by deafening neighbors with her barking or licking your toes/face/skin off.

Seriously, do we not require any evidentiary support anymore? Can we just around saying anything, true or not? However, if you raise them to fight, then pitbulls become bad dogs. I would own a pitbull but I can't because:
1. Miami Dade County here in Florida doesn't allow people to own pitbulls since I live there.
2. I cant buy one since I don't have money.
3. The apartment I'm living in won't allow dogs or cats.

Yes, I also tried to debate Kevin Baldeosingh but he called me some names.
Mind you, I tried to engage him in a civil debate.
There was also a user named Gelosia on livejournal.
I tried to civilly debate her but she made some really disgusting, hateful comments to me.
My best friend had just died that week and Gelosia said "I'm happy she died. I'm so glad you're in pain! it's really funny!"
Mind you, prior to this, I never insulted Gelosia and I kindly asked her to a debate.
