I Very liked a series "Watchbird", at birds-robots innovative design, they are not similar on which robots to this film, showed at cinema. "Watchbird" pathos film, fearless beings, not afraid death Birds-robots with an absolute devil-may-care attitude that will think of them associates - destroying criminal bastards

LMAO at everyone that says that America this and America that... fact is, I have not seen ANYTHING this good come from any other country. USA = best sci-fi and horror films (with the exception of the Japanese) so stfu already and enjoy what has been given to you. Ugreatful bastards always want more. yeah , the godfather of sci fi H G Wells was American , and the god of cyberpunk W Gibson , and the Master of the Science-Fiction Mystery is definitely Isaac Asimov , and with the help of Kubrick and Arthur C. Clarke came 2001 A Space Odyssey , which if mixed with a particular american band which Clarke likes , ie Pink Floyd will expanded your mind , all American , and of course the lord of light and magic Lucas , who gave us THX 1338 , and oh yeah , star wars

Unfortunately, ABC catered to dumbasses in American society and decided to kill the series. They didn't advertise the show! Many fans and writers who worked on MoSF were outraged when the network postponed it a year after its initial announcment. It's frustrating and disheartening to know the future generation of kids will be more enthralled by crap like "Dancing with the Stars" than something with some substance to it.

true... the thing is, right now in America, people look to tv for reality shows...people dont go to tv expecting great movie-like experience...therefore, when it comes to sci-fi, it is a hard sell to audiences...the lower budgets mean less special effects, less stunts...

Some Sci fi shows used this to their advantage, and became classics...the X Files....others did not, and seemed to promise a series similar to the film, but gave an actual show that was not so similar (Sarah Connor Chronicles
