you spotted it yourself mate. My cadet unit are the same age as you lot, yet we have good drill. No excuse

@infrared567 depends on the individual boroughs mate, some have better drill instructors. Colum 2 were far better.

But the Met vpc scheme isn't just about 'drill'

It has far better uses and outcomes.
