@blablabla8368 Yes one piece is amazing. It really does start out slow but once you read and/or watch it the characters and the world around luffy expands and theres just so much story and likable characters that will grip you and keep you interested for a long time.

When he faces a tough opponent then we'll see his full strength and that will make it easier to compare. That would be really stupid, as Buggy took that role in the pre-timeskip story, and it seems like Caribou will take over that role in the post-timeskip story. Why would Oda have so many characters that epitomise the exact same role in the story? Smoker has his own unique role, and he will continue to have that role in the future.
I posted this somewhere else as well but people that believe that Luffy will easily beat Smoker in their next encouter are simply wrong, and don't understand the symbolism behind their relationship. Oda has already emphasied the rivalry between Gol D Roger and Garp, and this relationship is symbolised by Luffy and Smoker as a continuation of this rivalry in the next generation. If Smoker however loses easily to Luffy, this rivalry is broken and a great deal of symbolism is lost from the story.

Only because if he was as strong as an admiral, the majority of the fights in the new world would have been similar to fishman island, luffy and his crew completly demolishing thier opponents. Honestly, I'm not 100% positive how Luffy and Smoker will fight each other, and I do believe that Smoker and Luffy should be close to each other in terms of strength. I just imagine Luffy using haki to pulverize Smoker into the ground, but I know Oda will allow Smoker to have sufficient haki to negate Luffy's attacks, to an extent. It would be like how Akainu negated Marco's and Vista's attacks in the manga, not like in the anime where Marco and Vista made Akainu bleed when they cut him...

Nami FTMFW! This was a good chapter and although it wasn't amazing it was the perfect set-up for the Straw Hats' arrival in the New World. @RapstarEse Choppers hito hito DF gave him the ability to transform, as well as walk upright and talk like a human. It didn't give him a human mindset, nor did it change him into one. Chopper is basically just a reindeer that can talk and transform. Therefore he doesn't have any attraction to human females in that kind of way.

dude isn't the fact that luffy saved ace with his haki and whitebeard couldn't a fact? or him beating 50,000 humans + fish man with a glare? and hodi was fighting him underwater luffy was getting his hands out of the buble to try and strike hodi and that weakened his whole body and thats how hodi was able to cut through his skin
P.S hodis bite can cut through metal luffy is lucky his arms are still in place because of haki

@thugripper Luffy defeated weaklings with his emperor's haki, and? Whitebeard mainly used his quake powers, which had more of an impact on everybody (including the admirals), more so than what his emperor's haki could have done. Luffy can't fight on par with the admirals, but WB could. So there's an obvious difference in terms of strength. By the way, if Luffy's haki was so developed, then his haki would be harder than steel.

Ace, but failed because of a sudden illness attack. That would also explain why he didn't use emperor's haki.

Nami FTMFW! This was a good chapter and although it wasn't amazing it was the perfect set-up for the Straw Hats' arrival in the New World. I'm just wondering if Zoro was able to do a One Sword Style 360 Pound Cannon then how much power is he packing with all 3 of his swords? @RapstarEse Choppers hito hito DF gave him the ability to transform, as well as walk upright and talk like a human. It didn't give him a human mindset, nor did it change him into one. Chopper is basically just a reindeer that can talk and transform. Therefore he doesn't have any attraction to human females in that kind of way.
