Does anyone know that Shelly is also a great base player. Also, take note that she flows in and out of harmony and leads when she sings with David Frizzell. It takes a lot of talent to do that. She is one of the best. She could begin her career again and achieve great success if she wanted to. Who knows she may end up in the hall of fame just like her momma.

colecampo, I think you misunderstood my Comment, there was no intention to slur Shelly. In my opinion, and I have every right to have one, Dottie West was more talented than her lovely Daughter. How long was Dottie " in the business " and how long was Shelly ? To my knowledge, Shelly isn't even performing anymore. She was one of the plethora of beautiful Female Singers who hit Nashville in the eighties and had one or two "Hits" than disappeared into obscurity. No offense.
