Perkins almost tribal drumming, Flea's relentless bass line, Navarro creating wonderful auralscapes and atmospheres that allow Perry's nasal "whiny scream" to pierce through the wall of sound straight into your soul... naah these guys weren't ahead of their time ;)

Oh man, I love all these guys, Dave Navarro is one of my favorite guitarists, Eric avery is my favorite bassist, Perry Ferrel is one of the coolest Jewish men ever, and Perkins is fucking amazing with drums.
