Not black tiger, black ghost. Black tiger is all white card faces, this deck has red diamonds and hearts.

No. The RS dous take 0 degree of skill. Needs just 5 minutes of practise. Get the OPI series from Rich Fergusion. He explains it good + even more movements with cards and coins.
