@jxs1309 Actually the ak in game it isn't, I looked for the differences between the weapons with weapon editors for the game and found that the defaults for both the ak and m4 were the same except for the m4 having much better accuracy/ammo or both depending on which gta game.

you may be right in that it may shoot more accurate, but if you get up close (within 100 yards or so) with the 7.62 it would have alot more devastating effects than the m4 would.

go outside and get the guns muddy and see which one you prefer then lol. The M4 will jam and not shoot at all. The AK can take a beating, shoot underwater, be buried, on fire, no matter what you do, they will always will work.

Yea, I was suprised at how much more powerful the AK was. I have full ammo with the M4 on GTA IV...but I keep wanting to use the AK when I kill enemies and see it lying around. I guess power:AK Accuracy:M4
