Food network is guilty of trying one of the most (in my opinion) hanas crimes. They tried to take something unique (tony's show) and turn it into something boring and familiar. Who knows what kind of talent may be on food network, but unable to express its self because of their tight grip on creativity. Who knows, maybe rachel ray is an excellent chef who has a lot of good idea, but unable to express them because she puts up with the food network executives.

The Food Network is a joke. They have killed off any show that actually involves cooking and is now just feeding off of Rachael Ray's way of cooking which is just opening up some cans and heating up some junk. Nobody ever cooks on Food anymore. All of the real chefs are gone and replaced with annoying tv personalities like Giada and Rachael. I'll take Travel or Discovery Home food shows over FN any time.
