Gold is best only for prestige. Tactically, it's pointless. Parkerization, black oxide, or camo finishes are the best. Matte stainless is also g0od for durability, but is more visible than matte black.

ive done ownage one time when i played a team match as soon as their arm showed they died before they moved i killed them and they stuck together so they could doubleteam but it made it so that when i missed i killed one of them still i was losing by around 200 then i caught up to 400 but i still lost cause my partner was a noob he would just walk up to both of them and die i got 410 points and he got 50

Any kills you get with the M16 count against you its just the Easiest gun besides the P90, if you really had some skill you would use a M14,G3 or an MP5
