  • She is the first 'Movie Star' I ever had a crush on. Sweet lady, even today. Us baby boomers, we love you, Annette!!

  • Loved Annette every time she came to New Orleans and appeared in the Italian-American Parade twice! Fond memories- most lost to Katrina!

  • annette was in my generation of STARS...

  • Wasn't she precious? So sorry for her MS. I have it too. I was lucky, I can still walk and speak. I was diagnosed right around the time Annette announced that she had MS. I read her book "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes", a beautiful autobiography. She is an inspiration.

I am thinking of her as her house burned this week and she was hospitalized for smoke inhalation. Not good for anyone but especially not good for a person with her extensive disabilities. God bless her.

  • back in 1968 i was at chicago o'hare airport . i just got home from vietnam and i was walking down the concourse to catch a plane to detroit and annette was walking towards me in the hallway. she looked at me and smiled and i smiled back and waved. what a welcome home gift, just to see her.

  • This is a very nice collage of our lovely Annette.

  • wow. She is truely beautiful

  • I'm already seeing this video 9 times. This song is perfect. What song is this?. This woman makes us dream. I once knew a girl like Annette and dreamed one time compared to films like this actress. Dreams do not die. This woman was born to be loved and we are born to dream about a woman like that. Congratulations for the video.

  • My youngest sister is named after Annette born 1962. Annette .... we all love you so.

  • What a fox!

  • Annette's has had MS for over 20 years!

    No, she won't dance again

    . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . nuf' said on that.

Thank her, for the years of entertainment she gave us, though she's retired from the industry, she's still in our hearts.

Pray for her and hope she comfortable as she's entered her autumn years.

  • @ncatt She is certainly in my prayers. I have always had a major crush on Annette. yeah I know Me, and 98% of the rest of the males my age.

Seven times, and counting. Her beauty, talent, and charm are eternal.

  • How is she doing?

  • I often think of Annette and wonder how she is these days...we never hear about her at all

  • shes my cousin... =]

  • @musiclovr1231 I believe she is a one of a kind person. Not typical of Hollywood at all. Never met her though. She is (I think) 2 yrs older than I am so she = 67. Hope she has it together. Heaven awaits her when she leaves us, so us who believe will see her there. Maybe she will sing First Name Initial for us. Her voice sounds as though she is someone with a very warm heart..

  • i enjoyed reading all the comments.

my godmother is an italian woman, and looks very much like annette. she is as sweet, too.

annette was always so poised, and graceful.

  • women were in love with her too. Of course we are from the baby boomers ....and she is beautiful!

  • god bless you annettte

  • I will always remember her as that sweet gracious and lovely teenager that stole the hearts of the every young man of America and probably around the world. Although I am no longer 13, I will always love her.

  • Thanks Annette for everything you are.

(And thank you for this clip...quite cool.)

    Astro Joe

  • Nice elegant song for an elegant lady.

  • How RIDICULOUS that her song was removed - But I have to admit that the song THE LOOK OF LOVE does sum up how many of us feel about ANNETTE.

  • It is so upsetting when one of your teen dream queens is visited by a disabling disease. She'll always be the heart throb from the Beach movies in my mind's eye.

  • I am still atracted to her even at our age. I knew her from the Mousekteer try outs. My dad did not have enough money to sute Mr. D.

  • Sorry, the audio copyright owner has forced me to remove the audio from this video. I have done so, reluctantly but I had no choice, I hope you all enjoyed it while it was available.

  • Thanks for posting it...I'm certain I'm one of the very many that enjoyed this music. Can you tell us who has the copyright or where we can go to purchase the music? Thanks....

  • @ncatt copywright owners are such greedy b-----ds, spoilsports and the bullies of the music world

  • After all thes years annette still touches my heart with her music and memories of better times and people. I only wish I could find her music today. When I hear her gentle voice I could sit through the worst traffic jam and be happy. God keep annette safe.

  • Annette is still doing o.k right? I haven't heard much about her lately---last time I saw her it was on I think Entertainment Tonight and she was as beautiful as ever...why do terrible things happen to such lovely people?

  • Annette is such a brave, sweet lady.

  • She is so pretty with long hair!

  • BEAUTIFUL

  • Great artist. I have a lot of Compact Discs of Annette and I turn them much.

My doughter is called even Annette.

Together with Frankie Avalon was GREAT...

  • i'm very attracted to her, and always have been.

  • The number 1 surfer chick the envy of all beach bunnies.Allways in my heart till this day.

  • Loved this video. Remembered the song from her Beach Party Album from the 60's. The clips brought back fond

memories of an era gone by. She is such a wonderful Lady. God Bless her.

  • Lovely Annette.

  • I remember her on Mouseketeers show. She had her segment and sung. * how will I know my love* How will I know my darlin...* My brother wanted to watch Sea hunt and I the Mouse show. we only had one TV of course, so I won and watched my show! Bon

  • Beautiful Annette. My dream girl.Never heard this wonderful song.

  • Hey, great collages. I was wondering where you found this song--are the beach movie soundtracks finally on CD? This is one song I always wanted.
