@SacredSoundzOfficial Bikesdirect setup a advanced RMA replacement with SRAM. They sent me a white Reba RLT as a replacement already. All is good. Suxs though that this is somewhat common with rockshox. IMO, these things are a bit too fragile for the purpose they're built for.
