But it bothers me that he takes a while to figure stuff out and then claims it as his own revelation...when in fact he's regurgitating what he's learned from other people who he previously has bad-mouthed and marginalized IE Ron Paul. Mr. Beck misses one very important key point. We do not borrow money from ourselves as he says here. We borrow money from The Federal Reserve, which is owned by private banks such as J.P. Everyone, seriously. Maybe we should quit trashing Beck. Sure, he was a major enemy to the freedom movement in the past, but isn't it possible that he has seen the light? I used to be a liberal Democrat, and after Ron Paul, I now consider myself a libertarian. Does my past voting record and beliefs exempt me from being a truth teller now? No, and I don't think it's impossible that someone like Beck can change either. Besides, as long as he is telling the truth, that is what matters!

Beck either doesn't know about or deliberately left out the Petro Dollar (reserve currency) status of the US dollar. If for some reason the Dollar looses it's World Reserve Currency status...then it's worthless. That status keeps the dollar in demand around the world for trade, not only for natural resources but for goods as well. That's one of the primary reasons other currencies are pegged to the dollar.
