I cant believe how such a game can impact me in such a way, AA a kid just innocently turning on my Ps1 All them years ago to now. All grown up (Ish) And looking back at a fond memorie of playing this game for hours.. Once in a life time for me to be apart of such a story line with fantastic music. My efforts to discribe the game are like dust compared to the impact it has given me, A romantic scare never forgotten.. Such is MGS.

For Hideo Kojima to make a Hollywood MGS movie, it would have to be a 3hr long movie plus sequels, and u know hollywood would try to fuck his talent up like they always do to every game-movie / cartoon-movie based they do.... Kojima would need full directing, producing, and editing to the movie.. Hopefully Kojima will do that soon!!!

Basically the out dated format of the 360 will drag down the quality of MGS for the PS3, either that or it will be on 200 DVDs and 1 blu-ray.

@RealShurikenX I have to disagree. Anybody over the age of 30 has never heard of it. People under the age of 12 probably haven't heard of it. The target market is narrow, and many people do not like final fantasy... People you associate with probably rave about it because they are fans, but on the whole, a CGI movie is expensive! ontop of that, most video-game based movies end up being awful because movie script-writers are now inferior to video game writers in many instances!

i dunno man...the problem with an MGS movie is just that the story is too deep to be conveyed fully into a 2 hr film (unless u seriously want to make a 3+ hr film but that would pretty much destroy the MGS film).

secondly, as dieslowly0473 said, the MGS series itself is pretty much a movie in its entirety (look no further than MGS4, THE BEST STEALTH GAME EVER).

lets just stick with the games. pretty much no stealth-action games can compare to MGS's epicness.
