I love this! Even though I always LOVE your studio recordings, I think this is just so perfectly real (car noises and all)...it's how meditation IS! Sometimes there are cars or dogs (esp. while meditating in India ;) It is a beautiful opportunity to rest in spacious awareness.... (that I am).
