@IronMarz52 You don't understand what they mean when things say original series. This may not be the first time the characters are shown but these episodes are first being aired on Starz. Also of note it is Torchwood: Miracle day the subtitle means from a production point of view it's not the same as Torchwood.

I'm so fucking happy! I remember when Davies stated he wasn't sure if he was going to continue Torchwood and I thought, "Surely he's playing around - he can't NOT continue it!" Even if all we get is another couple of special episodes rather than a second season, it's something!

You can get Starz with Netflx..eventually. You can stream Netflix through gaming consoles or through your computer for much less than subscribing to cable or satellite too. Eventually, Torchwood: Miracle Daywill be released on DVD and you can either buy it or borrow it from a friend, and possibly even borrow it from the library.

I refused to watch CoE Day 5 so I wasn't sure I wanted to see this but now I'm all interested. There was filming in Cardiff. Andy's in it, for at least 1 scene anyway. I think I like the promo scene with Gwen holding a bazooka with Jack behind her. I want to know what she was aiming at! I can't help wondering about Gwen's baby. I haven't heard anything about him/her so far. I want them to find a way to bring Ianto back. I miss him. Is it true you can watch new starz 90 days later with netflix?

@TheManiacOnWheelsUSA Rusty brought the show with him when he crossed the Atlantic. It was *going* to be on Fox, but they caved (thank goodness--it'd have been crap on Fox). It would've had too big a budget for BBCam and since it's being produced state-side, Auntie Beeb isn't going to be paying for it, either, so Rusty had to shop around with it, a bit.

Anyway, speaking as someone who got burned badly by COE, I'm actually looking forward to this.
