Man that is so wicked. I love the scale too. I have seen awesome Lego Prime's but having 50 pieces just for the head is a little much. Very very nice model and pretty good stop motion.

check out my new video just posted entitled "Optimus Prime.. Another Lego Creation!" this video has an older model of prime which the hands needed to be removed for transformation, the new one has no need to add or subtract parts.. check it out!

Took me a while to get it just right... only parts that are add-ons are fists and gun like the original G1 ....everything else is Lego joints and hinges ...fully transformable. I wish Lego had all these joint pieces when I was a kid ....I tried for years to make a fully transformable Prime and know finally success!
