Queria decir que no es mejor que la española, alemana, britanica e italiana, que son canciones mucho mejores que la que canta la francesa Severine.

Ademas puedo atestiguar claramente que Monaco nunca partio en esta edicion del esc como una de las favoritas. La de Monaco esa no es mejor que la española ni la italiana, tampoco supera a la britanica e italiana. De manera que moralmente España es la ganadora siendo numero uno en las listas de U.K. es mas Monaco es la que menos discos vendio en la primavera.verano del 1971. Porque las otras discograficas si se hincharon a vender...

In my mind there is no doubt that the Monacesque entry was the best of these three, the whole competition and one of the most memorable songs of the ESC. The Spanish entry may very well be the best from Spain ever and might have won another year.

the favourite for esc 71 it was been United Kingdom with "jack in the box"but Spain it was been in the first place of the electronic scoreboard all the time, Monaco wins thanks from votes of francophone countrys and other very good it was been Germany (of course). Y en cuanto a mi preferencia la ganadora moral fue España, con una Alemania magnifica y un Reino Unido e Italia maravillosos, si se quiere poner a la francesa (que no monegasca) Severine la quinta no me parece mal, despues de todo ella no estava en ninguna quiniela.

En ese año rtve. programo por varias semanas "pasaporte a Dublin" con todos los mejores cantantes del momento, salio Karina elegida y no se reparo en nada en componerle una cancion ganadora, asi fue en el marcador todo el tiempo en el Gaity Theather de Dublin, hasta que los paises francofonos comenzaron con su logico apoyo a Monaco, que por cierto no organizo el festival del año siguiente.

Estoy totalmente de acuerdo. España o Alemania han debido ganar el festival ese año y no esa melosa y estúpida canción de Mónaco, que aparte de que la cantante era francesa, presentó en escena un histrionismo que raya en lo ridículo, evidentemente con el fin de impresionar al jurado.

Podria haber sido mas justo que ganara Alemania porque "Diese welt" era un cancion magnifica ademas interpretada con Katja Ebstein, pero no Monaco (con cantante francesa) pues no estaba esa cancion en las quinielas de nadie, de hecho fue una sorpresa.

Pues esa es la verdad, Luxemburgo y Monaco son paises muy pequeñitos,como un pueblo de España, y desde luego los cantantes que han concurrido a este festival siempre han sido franceses, es mas el año que triunfo Suiza con Celinde Lion (cantante canadiense) pues creo que quedo muy demostrado esto. Yo desde luego puedo testificar que Monaco en Dublin 71 no se encontraba entre las canciones favoritas, si las de Esppaña, Alemania, Reino Unido e Itaia.
