I cannot copy the packages folder over to the usb. The restored partition is only about 2 GB (on a 8 GB usb stick)

@vwpilot43 : Seems permission issue. Try Erasing the USB completely with OS Extended journalled format before use.

@vwpilot43 I figured out the problem. I ran usb prober for the version of SL I was running and everything went fine after that. Thanks!
