True the car may be at fault but I'm afraid it's pretty stupid to be using the road as a bike racetrack; why do bikers think they are heroes? Overtaking at speed (which this biker was doing or trying to do) means that if an idiot pulls out you have no chance. So really who is to blame - I say both driver and biker.
