There is no sense of culture or cultures at all! Virtual 50% of the population is white and 50% is black- no diversity in the least. There is nothing of interest another than some historical value. Philadelphia is best described as a lot of ugly with a few gems here and there. SF is amazing on pretty much EVERY level!

Your entire post doesn't make sense. Culture doesn't always equal "diversity." Single groups have culture. Philly is split between 2 groups of people with small minority groups. Doesn't make it very diverse. Its probably the least cosmopolitan of any East Coast city! Its lacks a thriving downtown, theater district, night club district! It lacks any sense of class or anything that makes it stand out on its own!
