    20-10 interval- do I work for 20 sec rest 10? And how many sets of this do I do?

    Work 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds.

    How many sets depends what kind of shape you are in. You sound like you are new to this type of workout. So, try 1 set at first. As you get in better shape, increase the sets.
