He's saying: If you were a female once, but then you get turned into a male and go back in time, Then there would be TWO of you. Since they are of opposite sex, you could theoretically "F_C_ Yourself" and have children. Since the DNA that was exchanged to create the child came from the same source, it would techinically be a clone.

It's impossible to make a family tree of yourself, because if you are a woman and have a sex change to become a man, you are not able to get anyone pregant, because you may have a penis, but your body will still not make sperm, and a the same goes for men who get sex changes-they may have a vagina, but will not be able to get pregnant.
