You would think Cuisinart would keep volatile plastics away from the oven compartment instead of bringing it inside the oven lid to hold the metal together. Any lead in that Chinese plastic?

It looks like the stainless steel lid panels (which cover black plastic) are actually plasticized metal. I've seen it close up.

I didn't realize making bread was such a complicated process; there's almost a science to it. Having said that, I watched the Breville Custom Loaf demonstration and although that machine is likely more than this, it takes the whole convoluted steps out of making bread. It's also entirely possible that this woman is making it more complicated than it really is.

I think making bread, eating fresh bread could stimulate a new revolution in healthier eating but it seems more trouble than its wo.
