I know they put bonus tracks on Japanese albums because in Japan cd's are very expensive. And they have a lot of fans in Japan. That's what Tony said about it.

Japanese BONUS TRACK, as in not available on the normal release, only on the cd sold in Japan. lots of bands do this in order to sell duplicates to the serious fan who wants to have all the material.
